What You Will Do:
- Prepare, build, and maintain vehicles or components for test in line with local procedures and Engineering Manuals.
- Support testing in both static and dynamic conditions to gather accurate, timely, and quality test data/results.
- Engage in evaluation and concern identification, including liaison with Test Engineers.
- Contribute to the delivery of Key Performance Indicators for the section.
- Utilise skills to provide support across various sections as required.
- Ensure adherence to safety policies and the use of task-specific Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
What You Will Bring:
- C&G / BTEC L3 in Mechanical, Electrical, or Automotive Engineering, with a recognised apprenticeship or qualification in a relevant field.
- Proficiency in practical mechanical/electrical skills, ideally within the automotive sector.
- Strong capability to work safely and comply with company and legal safety policies.
- Excellent data management skills in Excel and proficiency in Word and PowerPoint for report writing and presentations.
- Outstanding organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to work independently and manage workloads effectively.
