Are you available for temporary employment for approximately 3 months? Do you have customer service/ administration experience within a housing environment? If so, our client is seeking a Housing Administrator to join their team based in Somerset.
You will provide customer service and administrative support for a team of case managers who are providing support and housing management services across the area.
Some responsibilities could include:
- Provide support for meetings and panels
- Monitor rent accounts to ensure payments are made
- Engage with tenants whose accounts are in arrears
- Arrange direct debit payments as well as other forms of payment
- Carry out visual inspections of properties/garages and report any issues
Experience:
- Experience of working in operational services and delivering customer-led services to multi-channel customers
- Sound understanding of the office environment in order to provide effective administrative support
- Knowledge and experience in the use of IT systems / finance systems such as spreadsheets, word processing and databases.
- Sound customer / client relation skills are required combined with an understanding of data protection and confidentiality issues
- Experience of working to tight deadlines, prioritising own workload and the ability to work flexibly and effectively
