Position Overview:
We are looking for an enthusiastic Telesales Representative to join our sales team. This role focuses on opening doors with potential customers, introducing our European transport solutions, and generating interest. You will be working with leads already sourced by our market analyst team, complete with contact details.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Engagement: Contact potential clients from the provided leads list to introduce our European transport solutions.
- Generate Interest: Engage prospects in meaningful conversations to spark interest in our services and arrange follow-up meetings with our sales management team.
- High Call Volume: Make a high volume of outbound calls daily to maximize reach and impact.
- Relationship Building: Establish initial contact and build rapport with potential clients.
- Record Keeping: Accurately record all interactions and sales activities in our CRM system.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales management team to transition interested prospects for further development and closing.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Previous experience in telesales or European transport operations is preferred.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a friendly and persuasive demeanor.
- Resilience: Strong resilience and determination to make numerous calls and handle rejections positively.
- Personable: Ability to quickly build rapport and establish relationships with potential clients.
- Organisation: Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple leads and follow up efficiently.
- Technology Proficiency: Comfortable using CRM systems and other sales tools to manage and track leads and sales activities.
