Description

  • Lead the finance team in delivering accurate capital reports.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal capital reporting requirements.
  • Manage regular communication with the company's stakeholders on capital matters.
  • Drive process improvements for capital reporting processes.
  • Engage in strategic planning and decision making regarding capital management.
  • Work closely with other team leaders to ensure alignment of financial goals.
  • Oversee the preparation and presentation of financial statements related to capital.
  • Support the company's objectives by implementing sound financial strategies.

Profile

A successful Capital Reporting Manager should have:

  • An academic background in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a managerial role within an insurance finance department.
  • Strong understanding of capital reporting and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent leadership skills with an ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Strong analytical skills with an ability to interpret complex financial data.
