My client is seeking an experienced Infrastructure Manager with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role, to head our Tier 3 team.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS), be well-versed in DevOps, Agile methodologies, and ITIL with relevant certifications.
Experience with audits (SOC2, ISO27001, SOX, CE+) is essential. You will be responsible for leading BAU support, including ticket management and documentation, setting technical direction, ensuring the team's technical growth, and overseeing the infrastructure's design focusing on usability, supportability, cost management, and security. To provide strategic leadership for Tier 3 Infrastructure, driving excellence in support and project delivery.
