Recruitment Advisor / Contract / UK wide office locations
My client, a global non-for-profit organisation, are looking for a Recruitment Advisor to join them on a yearlong contract to support with a large project. This project is going to require several new hires both locally and internationally, so you should be confident in recruitment processes, staffing structures and producing new job descriptions.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Support the design of staffing structures and hiring of key roles for the project
- Develop Job descriptions and work with senior management on their development
- Work with global offices on their staffing structures
- Collaborate with HR on mew hires and onboarding for the project
- Hiring of volunteers on an international basis
- Advice HR on volunteers including screening requirements and visa status
- Work closely with senior leadership on timelines of hires and project progress
- Support with the recruitment, selection and onboarding of the new management team on a global basis
Essential skills:
- Previous experience in a recruitment business partner/ advisory level role
- Previous experience in recruiting for projects within an organisation
- Experienced in managing entire recruitment cycle including job description creation
- International hire experience
- Previous experience working for a non for profit/ hiring volunteers is advantageous
Package:
- Minimum rate of £149 per day (negotiable DOE)
- Contract until September 2025
- Hybrid/ remote working with occasional attendance to your local office
- Offices located in : London, Manchester, Cardiff, Edinburgh
