Job Title: HR Business Partner (Financial Services)

Location: London, Wimbledon, Richmond, Kensington, Chiswick, Putney, Barnes, Mortlake, Teddington, Twickenham, Hampton, Kew

Salary: upto £60,000 + Benefits inc Bonus

Evolve Recruitment are seeking to recruit a proactive, self-motivated and experienced HRBP with experience within Financial Services. You will be responsible for driving HR initiatives that support the business's strategic goals and objectives. You will work closely with senior management and department heads to provide expert HR guidance and support, ensuring that our clients people practices are in line with industry regulations and best practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • People Strategy: Collaborate with senior management to understand the business's objectives and align HR strategies accordingly. Develop and implement HR plans and programs that support the growth and profitability goals.
  • Employee Relations: Act as a trusted advisor to employees and managers, providing guidance on HR policies, procedures, and employment legislation. Ensure compliance with employment law and company polices and procedures.
  • Talent Acquisition and Retention: Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and lead recruitment efforts to attract top talent.Develop retention strategies to ensure the company retains key employees. Facilitate and lead on the Graduate Scheme.
  • Performance Management: Implement and oversee the performance management process, including goal setting, performance reviews, and feedback.Provide coaching and support to managers in addressing performance issues.
  • Training and Development: Identify training and development needs and collaborate with managers to design and deliver training programs.Promote a culture of continuous learning and development.
  • Compliance and HR Policies: Ensure HR policies and practices comply with UK employment laws and regulations.Keep abreast of changes in HR legislation and recommend policy updates as necessary.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyse HR metrics and data to identify trends and make data-driven recommendations to improve HR processes and decision-making.
  • Benefits and Compensation: Administer employee benefits programs and provide guidance on compensation matters.Ensure the bank's compensation strategy is competitive and aligned with market trends.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (HR certification is a plus).
  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the financial services industry.

Knowledge & Skills

  • Strong knowledge of UK employment laws and regulations.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
