A great, Permanent Senior HR Manager / Head of HR job opportunity, within a growing, developing, manufacturing organisation. This will suit a Senior HR Manager, who can work with ambiguity and implement and embed HR structure but also manage all HR operational duties. Based in Amersham and hybrid.
Your new role
As a permanent Head of HR / Senior HR Manager, this is a stand-alone HR role within a global organisation.
Duties will include:
Creating HR policies and procedures.
Creating and implementing an induction and onboarding process.
Creating HR structure and developing the company culture.
Managing the recruitment and selection process including interviewing.
Managing ER issues from end-end.
Coaching and training managers on HR best practice.
Overseeing and approval of Payroll (Payroll is outsourced.)
This role is hybrid, 3-4 days per week on site and travel once fortnightly to Northamptonshire.
What you'll need to succeed
You must have experience as a Senior HR Manager / Head of HR ideally within a manufacturing, distribution or similar industry.
You must have experience dealing with both hands on operational and strategic HR duties.
