Location: Leeds Office (LS11)
Salary Range: £30k-£32k
Position Type: Full-Time (40 hours per week)
Holidays: 25 days per annum (plus bank holidays)

Job Description:
Reporting to the Finance Director, you will handle day-to-day transactions and reconciliations, along with invoice and debt chasing. Key responsibilities include:
- Chasing, checking, and raising sales invoices
- Liaising with the Factoring Company
- Posting sales invoices to Sage
- Matching purchase invoices to delivery notes
- Posting purchase ledger invoices to Sage
- Credit control and credit insurance limits/reporting
- New customer credit checking/account setup
- Bank transactions - posting and reconciliations
- Finance contracts administration
- Customer statements and supplier remittance advice
- Payroll processing/holiday cover
- Reception and finance department holiday cover as needed
Requirements:
- Experience in a similar role is more important than qualifications.
- Commercial awareness and strong written/verbal communication skills
- Computer-literate with good attention to detail
- Experience with Sage, Excel, Word, and Outlook is advantageous.
- A team player with a keen eye for detail and adherence to policies and procedures
