We are currently recruiting a permanent Purchase Ledger Clerk position for our West Leeds-based client. This is an exciting opportunity to join a rapidly growing company in the Property sector.

Our client is rapidly growing yet well-established and operate UK-wide. They have ambitious growth plans and are currently focused on increasing their finance team in West Leeds.

Description

As the Purchase Ledger Clerk you will be responsible for:

  • Processing a high volume of purchase invoices
  • Manual processing of invoices as well as using Sage Intact systems
  • Matching, batching and coding of invoices
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Dealing with any invoice queries and discrepancies
  • Working in a high volume, busy environment
  • Maintaining the accounts payable inbox

Profile

The successful Purchase Ledger Clerk will:

Have experience in a similar role - essential

Have working knowledge of Sage - desirable

Job Offer

£24,000 - £27,000 per annum + on site parking + close to the local train station + 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays + birthday off + excellent training + annual bonus programme
