If so, we would love to hear from you as we have a fantastic opportunity working with our client based on the outskirts of Ipswich, Suffolk.
We are seeking a new HR Assistant to provide administrative support within our clients HR team.
Do you have all the skills required for a top quality HR Assistant - organised, accurate and diplomatic? Are you a first-class administrator, with the ability to keep accurate and informative records, enter data into a range of programs, and produce high quality letters and emails? Do you have experience of recruitment administration?
The successful candidate will be supporting the HR Team with the day to day operations of the HR functions, ensuring HR policies & procedures are implemented, adhered to and maintained at all times.
You will assist with general day to day HR enquiries via email, phone and in person.
You will also manage the onboarding process, including approving forms for approval, sending offer letters & contracts. You will liaise with candidates and hiring managers to support with the onboarding processes, changes and withdrawals.
You will manage all pre-employment checks, including DBS, ID verification checks, BPSS checks, Right to Work, VISA's and employment references.
You will also support as required with the interviewing processes, including note taking and managing selection.
You will support with the payroll changes, including leavers, starters, letters of variation and the Payroll Absence report.
You will provide support to line managers in managing the probationary period for their new colleagues, sending outcome letters, meeting invites, and supporting during these meetings as required.
You will use our internal HR system to ensure new starters are set up, for onboarding, sending internal letters and to ensure colleague files are maintained and kept up to date.
You will have the ability to build a strong relationship with colleagues, managers, and heads of business.

This position of HR Assistant offers Hybrid working
Salary £26,000c
40 hours per week Mon-Fri
