Responsibilities:Manage a diverse caseload of complex family law matters, including divorce, financial settlements, child arrangements, cohabitation disputes, and domestic abuse cases.
- Provide expert legal advice and guidance to clients on all aspects of family law, ensuring their rights and interests are protected.
- Draft and review legal documents, including court applications, witness statements, and consent orders, with precision and attention to detail.
Requirements: Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive
- Extensive experience in handling a wide range of family law matters, including high-net-worth divorces and complex financial disputes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders.
- Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
