Shift Pattern:
- Full time - Monday to Friday
- 08:00 - 16:00
Skills/Experience:
- To be involved in clinical mentorship, supervision and teaching of lower banded staff (Band 6 and 5 Physiotherapists and Band 4 and 3 Assistants). To be responsible for day to day risk assessment, clinic management and staff support within clinic of work. To be involved with PDR's of lower banded clinicians
- To participate in the management of all available resources to ensure a safe, efficient and effective service, which is consistent, accessible and relevant to patients' needs.
- Professional assessments and care interventions within legislation and the COT and HCPC practice requirements
