Sales Administrator

3 days in the office, 2 from home.

You will be responsible for the full order process, including dealing with the customer, arranging delivery, liaising with the warehouse to ensure collection.

Main Duties:

  • Management of customer orders from receipt to delivery.
  • Work with the relevant delivery partners
  • Update the customer with delivery schedules
  • Update invoices on system

Person Specification

Essential Knowledge

  • Awareness of dealing with different departments in a business
  • IT Literate

Desirable Knowledge

  • Previous experience within Logistics and exports.
  • Experience with SAGE

  • Organisation skills.
  • Accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and be self sufficient.
  • Initiative and problem-solving abilities.
