Prepare surfaces for spraying, including cleaning, sanding, and masking.
Apply powder coating using various techniques to achieve desired results.
Conduct quality checks to ensure adherence to specifications and standards.
Troubleshoot and solve coating-related issues in a timely manner.
Maintain a clean and organised work area.
Collaborate with colleagues to meet production targets and improve processes.
Follow safety protocols and guidelines at all times.
Requirements: ??
Proven experience as a Powder Coater or similar role.
Strong attention to detail and a high level of precision.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
Familiarity with different types of coating materials and techniques.
Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of safety procedures and PPE usage.
