Casanovas Recruitment Solutions is delighted to be working with a reputable company based in Colchester Essex. We are recruiting for a HR Advisor position who must be competent in all ER areas and able to support Managers with any HR queries that arise.
Responsibilities:
- To ensure all HR Policies and procedures are kept up to date, to amend or improve where necessary
- Support the HR Business Partner
- To deliver high quality and responsive advice and guidance for all managers and employees across the organisation
- Analyse data to identify treads and solutions
- Create, develop, and facilitate training courses
- Handling ER matters on all levels
- Carry out management visits and provide HR support where required

Required Skills & Experience
- Strong leadership and diplomacy abilities
- CIPD or similar professional qualification
- Excellent knowledge and understanding of employment law and all HR relations
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Strong background in handling complex employee relations issues and maintaining a positive workplace culture
- Flexibility and adaptability
