Tempest Resourcing are currently working in partnership with an Independent Fostering Agency to recruit a Senior Practitioner for their Foster Family Recruitment Team.
The primary focus of the role will be the recruitment of fostering families across all hubs and a supportive role in respect of placements.
We are seeking a senior practitioner or experienced social worker, to join a professional and friendly team. This position would suit applicants who may be looking for a developmental opportunity. This post will be supported with all relevant personal developmental training.
The successful applicant will have experience as a social work practitioner within the fostering/children & families sector, with experience in foster family assessments, fostering panel procedures and preparation to foster. In addition, it would be desirable that the successful applicant has experience of line management and other supervisory tasks, especially supervision of assessments.
