This is a fantastic opportunity to work closely with one of the Directors, handling their portfolio of accounts, and dealing with a diverse range of clients and premium levels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and service a portfolio of commercial insurance clients, providing exceptional client support.
- Work closely with one of the Directors to ensure seamless management of their accounts.
- Handle renewals, mid-term adjustments, and new business enquiries with accuracy and efficiency.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, insurers, and underwriters.
- Provide expert advice on a wide range of commercial insurance products.
- Ensure all documentation is accurate and compliant with industry regulations.
- Negotiate terms with insurers to secure the best possible outcomes for clients.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in a commercial broking environment, with a strong understanding of the insurance market.
- Comprehensive knowledge of commercial insurance products and services.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships.
- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
- Proactive, professional, and client-focused approach.
- Cert CII qualification is desirable but not essential.
