A leading firm in commercial property law across Scotland, known for its excellence and innovation is now seeking a solicitor with at least 2 years' of commercial property experience to join the esteemed Commercial Property team in Edinburgh.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle commercial property transactions, including purchases, sales, and leases
- Manage lease agreements and provide portfolio management support
- Engage in business development activities and maintain direct client contact
- Contribute to a dynamic team environment with a focus on client satisfaction and market opportunities
What We're Looking For:
- At least 2 years of experience in commercial property law
- Strong drive and responsiveness with a commitment to client satisfaction
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
