Our growing Insurance client are looking to recruit new Insurance Advisors into their very successful business. As an Insurance Advisor, you will give advice to customers, explain why a particular product or provider would best meet their demands and needs, and give recommendations tailored to their requirements.
You will be responsible for handling Home and Household Insurance and will be dealing with all aspects of broking, New Business, MTA's and Renewals.
You will be familiar with, and adhere to strict FCA, DPA and TCF regulations and liaise with your Customer via telephone and written communication.
It will be important that you have the communication skills to be able to develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.
This role can be performed on a hybrid basis, from their Ipswich office and your home, Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm.
As an Insurance Advisor you will:
- Provide expert and prompt advice to new and existing customers regarding their Insurance needs, handling adjustments, renewals and any other queries.
- Provide quotations and arrange new business via computerised rating guides.
- Maximise sales opportunities to include cross selling and dealing with prospects efficiently and effectively.
- Provide the highest standards of customer care, service, and client retention.
- Always ensure best practice in line current legal and regulatory requirements
