Chase & Holland are proud to be working with market leading company who are actively seeking Office Administrator to join their growing sales team. They are looking for someone who is organised and has experience in Administration.

Office Administrator Responsibilities:

  • Ensure enquiries and sales orders are processed efficiently and to the highest standards
  • Ensure all calls and e-mails are answered in a timely and professional manner
  • Relationship building and management with our network of UK and overseas customers
  • Provide an excellent customer service experience
  • Ensure all sales administration is completed to the required company standards
  • To assist in other areas of the business where possible when required

Required skills & experience:

  • Professional, proactive and positive with customers and colleagues
  • Confidence in dealing with high volume sales calls and enquiries
  • Ability to plan and prioritise work activities in an often-busy environment
  • Experience in a Sales Office environment and knowledge of export processes would be an advantage
  • A working knowledge of Sage Accounts 50 will be beneficial
