We are delighted to be recruiting for one of the world's leading financial services firms. Currently they are looking to recruit an experienced roadshow coordinator to join the Client Product Solutions team that supports fundraising for the business. The role is newly created and so presents opportunity to really build out with the right person.
This role is heavily project based and will require great skill in coordinating, scheduling and mapping to drive fundraising roadshows, AGMs, conferences etc. In addition you will be coordinating high volumes of "limited partner" meetings across the deal teams. There will some PA work involved, but typically this role will be project based with extensive diary management. The roadshows enable key clients and investors to meet with the team, enabling great business development.
This role has lots of "moving parts", requiring adaptability to last minute change.
The right person for this role will have PA skills, project coordination experience as well experience of coordinating roadshows in the investment world. Your expertise will be around complex diary management, stakeholder engagement and large-scale events
You will work on a hybrid model with 1 day working from home.
Salary is dependent on experience.
