Located in Exeter, Devon, we are currently expanding and looking to take on a 'Recruitment Resourcer' to join our very busy team.
Role:
The main role of our Recruitment Resourcer, is to maintain contact and seek out new candidates that are currently in need of temporary or permanent work opportunities. You will work closely with the Consultants and Senior Consultants within JHP and keep them informed of new candidates.
You will based in our office at Exeter Airport Business Park.
Responsibilities:
- Source candidates via various platforms such as telephone, email, social media amongst others
- Discuss work opportunities with candidates
- Post content to the company's social media pages daily
- Write and post job adverts for various job boards and websites
- Ensure that candidates are compliant by obtaining certificates and documentation
- Build good working relationships with Consultants within JHP
Person Spec:
- This role would suit either a school or college leaver or perhaps someone who is just looking to move into a recruitment role for the first time. Full training will be given.
- You will need to have a confident and professional telephone manner and be willing to work to targets. THIS ROLE IS PREDOMINATELY TELEPHONE BASED.
- Great communication skills are needed in order to liaise with not only candidates and clients but also, internal colleagues too.
- You will need a confident personality and be willing to build relationships and ensure that you are keeping our candidates up to date on progress of job applications etc.
