Are you a passionate, Experienced Conference and Events Sales Manager?

This role sits within our Stadia division, catering for fans and visitors at prestigious stadiums across the UK. With matchdays, concerts, conferences, and banquets to be catered for, our specialist teams are experts in adapting to our client's needs with locally sourced seasonal menu's. At the heart of the matchday experience, we bring choice, quality, and value for money to some of the most prestigious sports venues across the UK.

What you'll be doing...

To ensure sustained growth of Conference & Events turnover through proactive sales, and efficient management of the conference and events sales process to grow the sites C&E revenue.

Strong knowledge of the conference sector is a must with established links and networks within both national and regional corporate and booking agent markets.

Directly reporting to the General Manager and being a head of department, they will provide day-to-day leadership, sales advice, best practice, and guidance to colleagues in line with business objectives and company standards to achieve and maximise set targets.

Alongside sales skills a strong knowledge of all areas of profit/loss accounts and budgets are essential. They will need to identify remedial actions when challenges to agreed budget arise. Experience of creating proposals, reports, and sales strategy to explain to stakeholders the direction of the business is essential and required on a regular basis.

This role is essential to the sites plans to develop and grow event sales, the ideal candidate will drive the venue and seek out and maximise revenue.

Working Pattern: 9-5pm
