- Lead the E2E Oracle implementation for P2P in this organisation
- Lead the stabilisation post go-lives
- Deal with timely raised/escalated Risks and track them to closure where possible
- Ensur where there are no technical solutions the manual work arounds are documented in a SOP and training is provided to the teams
- Ensure the business units are adopting the Global solution and adapting to the Standard process.
- Drive continuous improvement and focus on aligning processes wherever possible
- Own the E2E P2P process globally
- Work with Key stakeholders across all Business Units and with other GPOs to make sure the upstream and downstreams processes are aligned
- Lead the team of SMEs / Regional Process Owners (RPOs) across the process including involvement in recruitment, talent management and coaching
What you'll need to succeed
- Senior Process Owner experience in leading international projects that leverage revenue growth and cost reduction in your previous employers.
- Culturally sensitive ,skilled at influencing at Senior level to lead transformational change intiatives and development programmes.
- Ability to work hybrid from Bristol 3 days per week
