Monday - Thursday: 7.30am - 4pm, Friday: 7.30am - 12pm
Are you a Supervisor from a Manufacturing, Precision or Industrial Engineering background looking for a role offering full autonomy over your work within a company known for looking after their staff?
Excellent opportunity to become the go-to technical lead for a leading manufacturers flagship UK site. You'll be given the empowerment to plan and oversee day to day activities, implementing your own working styles and practices.
This is an exciting time to join as the company are soon to be moving into a new, state-of-the-art facility where they will implement a Monday - Thursday, 4 day working week to help you achieve great work-life balance.
In this role you will take on a Site Supervisors role, doing parts of hands on maintenance of mechanical plant equipment, whilst managing external contractors covering both facilities maintenance and OEM equipment repairs.
This role suits a Mechanically biased Engineer / Supervisor / Team Lead ETC, looking for a highly autonomous role within a market leading company.
The Role:
- Site Supervisory duties and some hands on work
- M-F, 37.5hr week
- Managing own work load

- Mechanical background in Manufacturing / Industrial Engineering
- Confident in Supervisory / Management duties of the Site
