Prospero Teaching is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Design Technology Teacher to come and work under our agency. This school is rated 'Outstanding' by Ofsted. About the Role:
As a Design Technology Teacher, you will:
- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and effective lessons in Design Technology.
- Develop students' creativity and technical skills through practical projects and theoretical lessons.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and support.
- Maintain a safe and well-organized classroom environment.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the curriculum and participate in school events.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning atmosphere, encouraging all students to achieve their potential.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Strong knowledge and expertise in Design Technology, including familiarity with current educational practices and resources.
- Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
- Commitment to continuous professional development and staying updated with industry trends.
- Experience teaching Design Technology at secondary school level is desirable.
