People Solutions are looking for a Buying Administrator for our client based in Birmingham.

Day to Day Duties
- Buying Team support Provide support to the procurement team on a daily basis
- Build and manage internal and external customer relationships in support of the department
- Raise purchase orders as directed by the buyers when required
- Review of forecasted purchase plans with nominated suppliers
- Manage purchase order acknowledgement and confirmation process
- Provide technical and administrative support to the business for all materials purchasing
- Produce and review supplier purchase order status reports
Essential Skills
- Strong administrative and planning skills working within a busy team
- The ability to be flexible and evolve with the ever-changing nature of the industry
Desirable Experience
- Procurement/supply change experience
- Experience working in a similar role, particularly the Aerospace industry
- Metals knowledge/experience
Training
Training in company policy and procedure will be provided to successful candidates.
