We are seeking an experienced and passionate SEN Teacher to join our dedicated team. As an SEN Teacher, you will work closely with students who have special educational needs or disabilities, ensuring they receive tailored support to thrive academically and personally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver engaging lessons that cater to individual learning needs
  • Collaborate with teaching assistants, therapists, and other specialists to create an inclusive learning environment
  • Monitor student progress, adapt teaching strategies, and provide timely feedback
  • Foster positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues
  • Contribute to the development of Individual Education Plans (IEPs)

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
  • Experience working in SEN settings
  • Knowledge of different learning needs and strategies
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
