Are you an experienced planner with excellent numerical & analytical skills? Are you looking for a new and exciting challenge? Our reputable client based in South Normanton are looking to hire a Planner to join their growing business. You will be required to manage the supply of materials from the spares department to the service vans working closely with others on a day to day basis to ensure availability & prioritisation to deliver an excellent service.
To be considered for the role, you'll require the following essentials:
Excellent numerical & analytical skills
Excellent IT skills, particularly MS Excel
Ability to identify, resolve & escalate problems where necessary
The ideal candidate will have proven planning skills and experience of managing supply materials. You will be an excellent communicator and a great team player.
Having experience of SAP/EPS system would also be advantageous.
Within this position, you'll also be:
Identifying delivery priorities
Managing of the van stock management process
ABCD analysis of service & customer stock locations
Expediting supply of materials effectively
Inducting of new team members regarding stock & delivery processes
Managing communication of information
Ensuring internal & external customer requirements are fully met & goods dispatched in accordance with customer requirements
Salary & Working Hours
Salary is £23,000 per annum
Working hours are Monday – Friday, 8.30am – 5pm with an early finish on a Friday
