Description
The Accounts Assistant role is initially a temporary assignment which could be extended and will be Hybrid based 2 days per week in Manchester City Centre office/3 remote.
- Reporting to the Finance Manager Key responsibilities will include:
- Purchase Ledger-processing invoices
- Supplier statement reconciliation
- Payment runs to suppliers
- Bank reconciliation
- Expenses
Profile
In order to apply for the role you should:
- Have previous experience in Purchase Ledger/Accounts Payable
- Be able to commute 2 days per week to Manchester City Centre
- Have experience of using Excel
- Be able to consider a temporary role initially
