A capable and focused Head of Human Resources is required to take control of HR function and provide support to senior management team.
Some of your duties will include:
- Managing HR function and ensuring the smooth running across two Schools
- Providing advice and guidance to Managers on all HR related employment matters
- Managing absence and sickness monitoring and ensuring accurate personnel records are maintained
- Providing legal advice on employment regulation, HR policies and staffing issues
- Administering all contract and payroll changes for employees in liaison with Payroll Manager
- Keeping up to date with employment law and ensuring compliance with HR matters
