Description
- Provide expert personal tax advice to a diverse client base.
- Prepare and review personal tax returns and computations.
- Conduct tax planning and research to optimise client outcomes.
- Liaise with HM Revenue & Customs on clients' behalf.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of tax legislation and best practices.
- Collaborate with colleagues in the tax department to ensure a seamless service.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships through excellent customer service.
- Contribute to the overall success of the tax department and the firm.
Profile
A successful Personal Tax Consultant should have:
- A recognised qualification in tax or accountancy.
- Proven experience in personal tax consultancy within a professional services environment.
- Excellent knowledge of UK tax legislation and practice.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional client service and communication skills.
- The ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently.
