We are searching for an experienced Software Business Analyst to join an innovative and forward-thinking provider of fleet and asset management software.
- £40,000 - £45,000per annum
- Home/Office/Field Based - Tamworth HQ
- 25 days holiday + Bank Holidays (increasing up to 30 days based on length of service)
- Travel to customer sites
Key Responsibilities
- Travelling to customer sites to gain a comprehensive overview of their requirements and representing them through the entire software development lifecycle.
- Liaising with the developers and testers across the Development Department, acting as a customer proxy for solution design, issues triage and handovers.
- Conducting User Acceptance Testing with customers.
- Liaising with the wider business, sharing expertise and promoting best practices.
- Developing a thorough understanding of our client's product range and the wider fleet/leasing industry.
- Working with User Groups to define and prioritise feature requests and ensuring any modifications consider the needs of and are suitable for the entire end-user base.
Skills & Experience
- Commercial experience in a Business Analyst position or similar.
- Experience in a Software Development environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A natural problem-solving mindset with the ability to think logically and critically whilst under pressure.
- Strong attention to detail.
- A genuine interest in technology.
- Clean UK driving licence.
- UK resident with unrestricted rights to work in the UK.
Desirable:
- Knowledge of the fleet/leasing industry.
- Degree educated in a scientific/engineering subject.
