Pay: £14 - £16 per hour

Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours a week

We are delighted to represent a small yet thriving engineering consultancy firm in Winchester, seeking a Temporary Office Manager to support the team for a period of 4-6 weeks starting as soon as possible.

Role Overview:

In this role, you will oversee essential manage office administration, handle incoming calls, and greet clients. The company offers a lively and dynamic work environment and is looking for somebody to maintain and oversee this successful office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the administration and inbox for one of the directors.
  • Develop and implement new administrative systems.
  • Track office expenditure and staff expenses.
  • Maintain office supplies and equipment.
  • Respond to customer enquiries.
  • Support back-office operations for new projects.
  • Review and update health and safety policies.
  • Welcome and assist clients; prepare the office for visitors.
  • Act as the primary contact for incoming calls.
  • Assist in organising quarterly marketing events.
  • Manage the website and social media (training provided if needed).

Ideal Candidate:

This role is perfect for someone with previous experience in roles such as Office Manager, or Personal Assistant. You should have strong organisational skills, and possess excellent interpersonal abilities.

Location:

Central Winchester. Please note, parking is not provided; the role is best suited for those using Park and Ride, public transport, or living within walking distance of the city centre.
