Description

  • Developing and implementing recruitment strategies that align with the company's goals.
  • Managing recruitment processes from start to finish.
  • Fostering relationships with potential recruitment channels.
  • Ensuring all recruitment practices comply with industry regulations.
  • Conducting interviews and selecting candidates for various roles.
  • Working closely with the Human Resources Department to ensure smooth onboarding processes.
  • Building great working relationships with stakeholders an the SLT
  • Analysing recruitment metrics and providing reports to senior management.
  • Identifying opportunities to enhance the company's employer brand.

Profile

A successful Talent Acquisition Manager should have:

  • A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven track record in talent acquisition within the industrial/manufacturing industry.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and regulations.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
