Description
- Developing and implementing recruitment strategies that align with the company's goals.
- Managing recruitment processes from start to finish.
- Fostering relationships with potential recruitment channels.
- Ensuring all recruitment practices comply with industry regulations.
- Conducting interviews and selecting candidates for various roles.
- Working closely with the Human Resources Department to ensure smooth onboarding processes.
- Building great working relationships with stakeholders an the SLT
- Analysing recruitment metrics and providing reports to senior management.
- Identifying opportunities to enhance the company's employer brand.
Profile
A successful Talent Acquisition Manager should have:
- A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven track record in talent acquisition within the industrial/manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and regulations.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
