ROLE: Quality Manager
SALARY: Up to £40,000 DOE
LOCATION: Sandwell (office based)
THE COMPANY: We are currently working with a leading business, based in Sandwell, who are looking to recruit an experienced Quality Manager to join their team.

THE CANDIDATE: The right candidate will have experience within a senior Quality position within the manufacturing sector.
A knowledge of IATF is also ideal.
DUTIES INCLUDE:
- Establish and maintain IATF management system.
- Manage QMS, IATF, and technical documentation; ensure proper record retention.
- Collaborate with process owners to create, update, and review QMS and IATF documents.
- Lead and support internal and external QMS/IATF audits; assist other business areas for audits.
- Issue non-conformance reports; ensure corrective and preventative actions are implemented and closed on time.
- Monitor and report quality KPIs; develop action plans to address issues and drive improvements.
- Resolve customer complaints, conduct site visits when necessary.
- Oversee production test, inspection activities, and resource management.
- Ensure equipment calibration and maintenance are completed on time.
- Promote Lean principles and participate in Kaizen, 5 Why, and 8D events
