PRODUCTION OPERATIVE
Based in ST6
Rate of pay £11.44PH
Working hours: Monday - Thursday 6am - 2pm and Fridays 6am - 1pm
Temporary ongoing opportunity
Adecco are looking for a motivated and efficient Production Operative to join our client on a temporary ongoing basis.
As a Production Operative, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient and cost-effective production of products while maintaining a safe working environment.
Responsibilities:
- Weighing raw materials and executing the manufacture of products in accordance with process specifications and work instructions provided by the Plant Manager and Production Supervisor.
- Ensuring that products are manufactured on schedule and meet the required specifications.
- Completing all necessary paperwork accurately at the beginning and end of each shift.
- Integrating health and safety policies and procedures into daily working practises, including maintaining a clean and tidy work environment, wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE), and promptly reporting any health and safety issues.
What we're looking for:
- Previous experience in a production or manufacturing role is essential.
- A strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately is a must.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt.
- Commitment to maintaining a safe working environment.
