About the Role

Our client, a highly regarding UK organisation established over 100 years ago, who provide prestigious corporate professional development, training, and events, designed for business leaders, are seeking a Education Executive to help drive the day-to-day operations of the client examination process - However, you do not need experience within the education or professional development sector! Your contribution will be crucial in maintaining the quality of the client exam delivery, supporting learners, and collaborating across departments to help create an outstanding educational experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support Qualification Delivery: Assist with the strategic planning, implementation, and quality assurance of all qualifications and assessments. Your 'eye for detail' will be utilised!
  • Take ownership for the Exam Processes: Schedule and manage the variety of processes required to deliver examinations efficiently and effectively.
  • Communication and Coordination: Contribute to the accurate communication of assessment information to all stakeholders. Act as the 'go to person' for any ad hoc queries or support.
  • Exam Preparation: Organise and run exam preparation sessions, offering support to both candidates and team members. Your ability to multitask will be fully utilised!
  • Process Improvement: Help review administrative processes to identify areas for efficiency and improvement. Your input to improve processes will be highly valuable!
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Develop and maintain positive working relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Lot of opportunity to be involved with collaborative Projects: Assist with cross-department projects, contributing to collective goals.

Person Attributes / expereince

  • Familiarity with any CRM systems.
  • Strong analytical skills, with an enjoyment of working with systems and processes. Appreciation of delivering quality assurance.
  • Experience working with clients / customers
  • Previous experience in coordination or administrative functions.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
