1st Line Support Engineer -West Yorkshire – Our client is looking for a site-based 1st Line Engineer with a leaning towards Network/Infrastructure rather than Software Support. You will be based locally in West Yorkshire, as the role will be site-based. You will have the following: -
- ITIL Certified
- Strong 1st Line Support knowledge
- Infrastructure/Network Knowledge
- Experience of troubleshooting MS Office
- Server Installs
- Mac/Windows knowledge
- Experience of upgrades and Installs
