Legionella Risk Assessor - Croydon
Salary: £32,000-£37,000 + Benefits (DOE)
We are seeking an experienced Legionella Risk Assessor for a prestigious client undergoing rapid growth. This role offers a chance to work with a well-established environmental consultancy with 30 years of history, based around London and the M25.
Role Responsibilities:
- Perform Legionella risk assessments
- Prepare quotes for remedial works
- Execute tasks based on risk assessments
- Collect and monitor water samples for Legionella
- Produce reports and schematics
- Engage in remedial works and water hygiene tasks
- Maintain customer relationships
- Travel around London and the M25
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of experience in L8 risk assessing
- City & Guilds Legionella Risk Assessing qualification
- Full UK driving license
- Plumbing qualification and experience as a water hygiene engineer/remedial plumber are a plus
- Experience with tank cleans, replacements, and supporting lead remedial plumbers
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
