HRIS Change Management Lead

Posted by Frazer Jones.

I am delighted to announce and support the recruitment of an outstanding HRIS change management lead role working with a top-tier professional services business based in the heart of London. I successfully appointed the HRIS Project Manager no less than 5 months ago to spearhead a global SuccessFactors implementation, and in this new role, you will support them alongside their implementation from an HRIS change management perspective. This role is focused on business readiness, engagement, training, learning, and communication of the HRIS deployment. Previous tier-1 HRIS implementation experience is required, where you have rolled out a full change management program within the setting of a Workday, SuccessFactors, or Oracle implementation. This role is pro-rated to 4 days a week part-time, so up to £80k (£100k full-time equivalent), and offers full hybrid flexible working.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish an HRIS Change Network for the project and manage its communications channel.
  • Develop and support the execution of change management, deployment, communication, and training plans.
  • Foster a strong connection between the business and the implementation partner.
  • Engage with HR teams and other stakeholders to ensure a smooth transition during the go-live of SuccessFactors.
  • Present change plans to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, persuading senior stakeholders when necessary.
  • Manage stakeholder engagement throughout the process.
  • Provide expertise in business readiness from the project stage through post-implementation to operational BAU.
  • Upskill the project team and HR team on best practice change management methods.
  • Partner with and manage third-party suppliers as needed.
  • Conduct and document change impact assessments, identifying early design changes and defining actions to implement them.
  • Regularly update change impacts and establish governance, forums, and plans.
  • Set and document adoption targets for the new system.
  • Support the design and development of training and adoption materials.
  • Lead business readiness activities for go-live, aligning with Technology workstream readiness.
  • Support hyper-care activities post-go-live.

About You:

  • Extensive experience leading change management in global digital projects (preferably HRIS/SuccessFactors).
  • Change Management Certification (e.g., PROSCI) is desirable.
  • Proven experience managing a Change Management team and overseeing a project Change Network.
  • Proficiency in best practice change management methodologies.
  • Strong planning, organization, and multitasking skills across multiple workstreams.
  • Advanced MS Office skills.
  • Flexibility to work across time zones.

The role offers a competitive package of up to £100,000 p.a. on a fixed term 12 months FTC basis, pro-rated to £80,000 for a 4-day working week part-time. You will benefit from an agile and hybrid working model and be given autonomy.
