Senior Test Analyst
Job Summary:
Our client is seeking a highly skilled Senior Test Analyst to join their dynamic team. In this role, you will oversee the test execution for multiple projects and maintenance cycles, ensuring quality deliverables and building strong relationships across departments. You will lead testing phases, manage the test team's workload, and contribute to process improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement documented test cases
- Execute tests and prepare test reports
- Manage and prioritize the Test team's workload
- Coordinate IT and business user involvement in testing
- Create test strategies and plans
- Report progress and escalate issues as needed
- Ensure project/release quality prior to UAT and go-live
- Mentor and train new team members
Required Skills and Experience:
- Minimum 5 years in software test lead roles
- Strong experience with API, cross-platform, and cross-browser testing
- Proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Experience with test management tools (e.g., JIRA, TFS, ALM)
- Familiarity with C#, .NET, HTML, SQL, Java
- Excellent skills in Postman and SOAP UI for API testing
- Strong attention to detail, multitasking abilities, and a positive attitude
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Beneficial Skills:

- Experience with Selenium Webdriver
- Previous logistics industry experience
- ISTQB Advanced level Test Analyst certification
