Teaching Assistant

Day-to-day of the role:
- Assist teachers in planning and delivering engaging lessons.
- Provide one-on-one or small group support to students who need additional help.
- Help create a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
- Support the implementation of individualised education plans (IEPs) for students with special educational needs.
- Assist with classroom management and organisation.
- Participate in school activities and events, fostering a sense of community.
- Monitor and report on student progress to teachers and parents.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Previous experience working with children in an educational setting is preferred.
- A relevant qualification in education or childcare is desirable.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for working with children.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
- Basic understanding of child development and educational practices.
