The role of the Creative/Graphic Designer will be a key role within the business, duties will be as follows:

  • Lead overall brand strategy, ensuring alignment with company objectives and target audience preferences.
  • Conceptualise and execute creative designs for marketing campaigns, digital assets, social media content and brand logos, maintaining consistency in visual identity and messaging.
  • Work closely with the Marketing team to translate marketing objectives into visually compelling designs that resonate with our audience and drive engagement.
  • Utilise motion design tools and animation techniques to bring static designs to life and enhance user experience across digital platforms.
  • Stay abreast of design trends, industry best practices and emerging technologies and incorporate innovative ideas into design concepts and strategies.
  • Present design concepts and strategies to stakeholders, articulating the creative vision and rationale behind each concept.
  • Maintain and update design assets, style guides, and brand standards to ensure consistency and integrity across all brand touchpoints.

Ideally the Creative/Graphic Designer will have the following skills and experience:

  • Proven experience as a Senior Creative/Graphic Designer or similar role
  • A strong portfolio showcasing brand development projects, marketing campaigns, and digital design work.
  • Expertise in brand strategy development, with a deep understanding of brand identity, positioning, and messaging.
  • Experienced using design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), as well as motion design tools such as After Effects or Adobe Animate.
  • Strong conceptual thinking and creative problem-solving abilities
  • A keen eye for detail and a passion for pushing creative boundaries.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
