Marketing Manager Brands and Campaigns

Join the Marketing and Communications department with my client during an exciting and transformative period. I am seeking a Marketing Manager (Brand and Campaigns) to play a pivotal role in shaping the future marketing strategy and enhancing their brand presence. This is an exciting opportunity to lead strategic brand positioning and manage multi-channel campaigns aimed at increasing brand awareness and recruitment.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Develop and implement insight-led marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and recruitment for various educational programs.
  • Lead the operational management of multi-channel campaigns to engage target audiences throughout the recruitment cycle, from awareness to enrolment.
  • Manage and mentor a team of College Marketing Officers, a Website Manager, and Designers.
  • Create engaging content across multiple platforms including PR stories, social media, video content, publications, and website content.
  • Collaborate closely with the Director of Marketing, Communications and Admissions and the Marketing Manager (PR and Communications) to ensure a cohesive marketing approach.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a marketing management role, preferably within the education sector.
  • Strong background in developing and executing marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Excellent leadership skills with experience managing a team.
  • Exceptional communication and persuasive skills.
  • Creative flair and a passion for transforming ideas into effective marketing content.
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
