We are currently recruiting for a
Finance Assistant
to work with our well established client based Nottingham City Centre. Reporting directly into the Finance Manager, this is a great opportunity to work within a close knit team and develop your sales ledger skill set.
Responsibilities:
Raising
sales invoices
from work schedules
Liaising with the
credit control
function, dealing with any queries
Dealing with any amendments and checking for discrepancies
Updating customer details on the system
Producing various reports and documents
General administration duties
Ideal Candidate:
Previous experience within a
sales ledger
or
billing
role
Strong attention to detail
IT Literate with a good working knowledge of
Excel
Able to work to deadlines
Good communication skills at all levels
