As a Travel Co-ordinator, you will be:
- Dealing with incoming enquiries and co-ordinating arrangements
- Booking and making travel arrangements
- Dealing with customers via phone and email
- Ensuring customers receive an exceptional experience
- Taking Payments
As a Travel Co-ordinator, you will have:
- Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills
- A high level IT system ability (full training provided for in house systems)
- Great Customer Service
- A positive and proactive approach
- A professional telephone manner
