Temp - Perm, Full-time
Pay: £11.44 an hour
Location: Farlington, Portsmouth.
Working hours: Monday - Thursday 07:30am - 16:30pm and Friday 07:30am - 14:00pm, 40 hours per week.
Job Description
Our client is seeking a motivated Stores Person to join their team. As a Stores Person you will be required to work on your own initiative (manage your own area) as well as working within a team.
Responsibilities:
- Unloading stillages from lorries
- Assisting with inbound deliveries - unloading, checking and putting away
- Keeping stores clean and tidy at all times
- Organising stock
- Stock taking when required
Experience:
- Previous experience in a stores role is preferred although not essential as training will be provided
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication skills
- A good eye for detail
- Ability to lift heavy objects
- Forklift license is required
- Full driving license is preferred
