Personal Injury Claims Handler Key Responsibilities:
- You will be a dedicated commercial motor claims handler, managing a portfolio of motor damage, credit hire and injury claims from first notification to settlement.
- You will be responsible for making decisions on fraud, quantum and liability, including managing cases through litigation.
- You will be required to liaise with a variety of stakeholders including clients, brokers, suppliers, claimants and their representatives using multiple means of communication such as phone and email.
